So I already wrote on my joint bachelor/ette party from this past weekend, but what I haven’t had a chance to talk about yet is the amazing gift that my very best friends got for me — a Trollbeads bracelet!
I hadn’t heard of Trollbeads before, but according to the website, they’ve been around since 1976!
It’s essentially a charm-type bracelet, and there are tons of options in terms of the beads you can add to it. You pick out the chain and clasp as well, so it’s completely customized and personal to each person wearing one.
My ‘maids each picked one bead to represent themselves. So far, my bracelet is made up of these beads…
…and while the beads run a little bit pricey, you can definitely work to add more over time to split up the cost. I already have beads that represent my best friends, so now I’m going to work on adding beads that represent other important things in my life — Michael, my family, my dogs, etc.
I just think it’s such an awesome and personal gift, and I’m so grateful to my friends for thinking of me with this one.
