Every once in a while, someone introduces me to something that I just can’t get enough of. That happened when the lovely team at Popsy Cakes were kind enough to send me some samples to test out.
Simply put, Popsy Cakes are cupcakes, dipped in chocolate and placed upon a pretzel stick. What’s not to love?! Beyond the amazing concept, let me tell you how amazing these little treats taste! My favorite flavor is by far the Red Velvet Rush, but all the flavors I tasted were simply delicious.
Might I also mention that creator Jessica Cervantes was only 16 when she decided to create this innovative snack? Talk about impressive!
