Whether you’re getting ready to walk down the aisle, newlyweds or married for years, the bedroom is a key place for you and your beau to keep the romance alive. That’s why it’s important to keep it looking nice. However, I understand how difficult it can be to purchase new furniture, decor, etc., which is why I’m LOVING some of these great bedroom DIY projects…
1. DIY Tufted Headboard. I know, I know…upholstering your own furniture doesn’t seem like your easy DIY project, but it doesn’t have to be a headache, either. Case in point: this gorgeous tufted headboard, made by Jamie Antonioli for Schue Love. Head over to Stylelist for the full project tutorial!
2. DIY Canopy. Love the romance a canopy brings to a bed but don’t want to splurge on a new bedroom set? You’re in luck, because Apartment Therapy is sharing 10 DIY ways to get the canopy look without buying a new bed!
3. DIY Beaded Chandelier. I’m a sucker for a sweet chandelier, but the price tag on most of them is generally too high for my tight budget. That’s why I’m loving this easy DIY project seen on Gus and Lulu!
