There are unlimited ways you can make your wedding and surrounding events
unique and fun. After all, it’s your wedding — you and your beau don’t have
to follow anyone’s rules; you make them! Here are a few of the ideas I’m
loving right now to add a little more fun and excitement to your big day…
**1. The Themed Rehearsal Dinner.** We shared a wedding weekend here a few
months back that featured a gorgeous Roaring 20’s themed rehearsal dinner, and
since then, I’ve been obsessed with this idea. What a great way to let loose
right before your big day and set the stage for an amazing wedding! Check out
the [original post](http://theplungeproject.com/malissa-brian-wine-country-
wedding-weekend) to see more.
**2. Advice Coasters.** Let’s face it: as a newlywed, you’re going to need lots of advice when it comes to navigating life an an official “we”. Place these coasters from [BHLDN](http://www.bhldn.com/the-shop_decor_tabletop/two-cents-coasters) down at each table and see what useful _(and interesting)_ tidbits you receive!
**3. Table Games.** This is another one we shared here on [the Plunge Project](http://theplungeproject.com/getting-your-guests-involved- table-trivia), but I just couldn’t resist talking about it again. Wedding activities for guests seem to be a new and growing trend that can help pass the time during transitional moments in your wedding schedule, break the ice and get your guests talking to each other!
**4. Anniversary Messages.** Instead of the traditional guest book, give your guests something to do that will provide fun to you and your hubby for years to come like this idea seen on [CasaSugar](http://www.casasugar.com/Alternatives-Wedding-Guest- Books-8563518?slide=4). Assign each table a different anniversary year, and let the guests at that table write notes to be opened on the first anniversary, second, third and so on. _**What other unique/cool/fun ideas have you seen?**_
