Wow…I can’t believe it’s already 2012! Time sure flies when you’re having fun!
Of course, every new year brings new resolutions. This year, one of mine is to actually keep the other one ;) My real resolution? To tone up and eat healthier…and I know I’m not alone.
Year after year, top resolutions include things like “get fit”, “become more healthy” and “lose weight”. Why are they so common? Because they’re ultra-hard to keep! But it’s not impossible. All it takes is a little dedication to the cause. Whether you’re trying to fit back into your favorite little black dress (or your wedding gown — I know many of us married ladies have that goal) or just tone up to get your beach body back, giving yourself solid goals, setting milestones along the way and ultimately keeping yourself accountable to achieve those goals and milestones will help you ensure your New Year’s resolutions are achieved in 2012.
So if your resolution is to lose weight or tone up like me and many other women out there, there are tons of ways to do it. Anything from putting yourself on a work-out plan, to committing to eating better will help you achieve your goals. Even simply cutting out a few calories here and there can really make a big difference.
