The Grand Exit

by Nicole on August 19, 2010

I remember being a little girl and attending a host of different weddings. At that time, it was common for the bride and groom to exit through a shower of rice. But today’s couples are getting more creative with their “exit strategies”. How? You ask. Here are a few cool ideas I’ve come across…

Bubbles

For a day-time wedding, these look absolutely beautiful in photos! They’re fun, light and from what I’ve seen, everyone really loves them….

Sparklers

And if you’re making your grand exit during the evening hours, sparklers can be really fun to play with and offer some very unique photo opportunities…

Ribbons

These almost remind me of being in a parade : ) Plus, I bet this would make a fun DIY project…

Confetti

Confetti is always a fun and colorful option…

Rose Petals

Flower petals easily make any part of an event fun and romantic….

What other exit ideas have you seen? And how are you planning to make your grand exit?
